Installing is really easy, just follow the instructions in the README file.
Building is not so easy yet, but if you're brave you can figure it out 
from the pacthes I have there... The problem is that I'm making an 
extension to the Application itself (OpenSim.exe), so the dependencies 
in the prebuild.xml are a bit weird. But that's probably because I 
haven't dedicated enough time to make this work better.
