[Opensim-dev] OSGrid <-> UCIGrid

There's a ton of work ahead before this becomes a serious contender for
the 3D web. For one, I haven't finished doing the obvious wrappers like
prim crossing, much less the less obvious ones like remote inventory
access. One of my goals with letting the devs know about this is to hear
back about all the questions that this architecture brings about, so
that we can address all the issues. There's also lots of unknowns (on my
side) about how the LL viewer works. So launching the idea among the
devs is really important. Beyond that, it's probably too early.
