[Opensim-dev] Update libode, or work towards better physics handling in this libode revision?

What does "update the frequency" mean? Is the frequency of collision testing
increasing or decreasing? Seems physics can eat up a lot of CPU when there
are several avatars moving around. Do we have margin here?
