[Opensim-dev] Update libode, or work towards better physics handling in this libode revision?

We can expect a week long calibration process, probably every minor
version update.

As far as I know there are a few compelling 'features' that one would
want, though they're not mission critical.

A few that come to mind;
The Sweep and Prune space
The Convex hull-Convex hull collider
Bug Fixes.
