[Opensim-dev] New wiki theme - osmonobook

Looks good,

Only catch is - I'd like to see some slight tweaks, I'd gradient-to-white the green page background (or make some transition so the majority background is white), and the sidebar needs a little cleanup (capitalisation on titles, etc) and possibly slight offsetting from the left.

As I said - minor tweaks, otherwise looks good +1
