[Opensim-dev] New wiki theme - osmonobook

After the first Wiki office hours a couple of weeks ago, it became clear
that because our wiki skin was so unlike other media wiki installs,
people didn't even know it was a wiki. This reduced the participation
of individuals in the project.

A couple of hours ago I flipped the default skin to a new theme called
"osmonobook". This looks a lot like what you'd see at wikipedia, but
with the opensim banner and color scheme. I'm hoping this helps get
more people involved.

I also tried to restructure our sidebar with the top links for 3
categories of people that we are catering to:
 * End Users - people that just connect to opensim instances
 * Admins - people that run their own opensim instances
 * Developers - people that want to work on or extend opensim

Over the next many weeks we're going to work on getting information
organized roughly into those three buckets, as it seems like a natural
segmentation in our community.

Just a heads up for people so they know it's coming. All the old skins
are there as well if you prefer something else. Comments are always
appreciated.
