as melanie wrote, she alerted me to the fact that llOwnerSay was not 
working and as i was overhauling the ChatModule anyhow, i went ahead and 
re-enabled llOwnerSay, dropping the old instant messaging based approach 
and using the just implemented sim chat broadcast functionality. could 
you give a recent opensim from SVN a spin and see whether llOwnerSay 
works for you now? ...and if not, file a mantis?
