llOwnerSay() was broken (and changed to be an IM) in a refactor. It 
has now been restored by a recent patch from Dr.Scofield.
llDetected* for touch events was spotty at times. It's also, due to 
the implementation, not 100% LL compatible. If you receive an event 
and the user leaves the sim before the event is processed, it will 
fail on OpenSim, succeed on SL.
