Yup, I would say you are. :)
Intellectual Property Rights for the content which the users of the
metaverse cannot simply be disregarded because the platform may or may not
be open-source. I don't remember ever mentioning tga shirt textures, and I
don't think there is really any effective way to protect textures anyway.
Scripts would be a much better example.
