[Opensim-dev] Implementing the balance of the LSL functions

Charles,  agreed - I always see a bump in function implementations when 
ever I validate and update the LSL status and announce it. I have been 
putting it off due to the state of flux here, but I'll get it done in 
the next couple of days for sure...
