[Opensim-dev] Get grid information from user server?

There might be some justification to throw this on the new opensim forge @ forge.opensimulator.org

We just need to put appropriate disclaimers in place about licensing issues so no-one unintentionally starts poking around in the code and risks copyright contamination.
