[Opensim-dev] init.d scripts I put on the wiki and putting then in the svn

Yes, I'm well aware of how /opt is bad for packages, but when I was working on 
it, I was just trying to get the darn thing to compile on Ubuntu's 
buildservers.

And please do help with the packaging.  Once it's done for Debian/Ubuntu, 
it'll probably translate well to other build systems.
