[Opensim-dev] init.d scripts I put on the wiki and putting then in the svn

In particular, I encourage you to look at the debian/rules file. I didnt get
far enough to make it run from init.d. Currently it just compiles and dumps
it into /opt/opensim. And yes, it can be used on any debian based distro, or
at least it should.
