Honestly, we're so divergent from upstream prebuild at this point, it
would be a bit amount of work to get bits integrated upstream.  That's
why Prebuild was imported into OpenSim in the first place.  Stephan is
the prebuild expert, so perhaps he could enumerate all the changes we
needed to make it work for our environment a bit more clearly.
