[Opensim-dev] Prebuild reference vice fork

Hey folks,

Would you mind using an svn:external property to reference the Prebuild
subversion repository instead of copying the source into the opensim
repository?  It would allow folks who made changes to push those changes
into the canonical repository.  I'd be happy to give developer status to
those interested in making changes to the Prebuild core.

$ svn rm Prebuild && svn ps svn:externals "Prebuild https://dnpb.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dnpb/trunk/Prebuild" .
