That was the 0.6 release.  We brought this up before then and the
verdict was to wait until 0.6.  Having brought up the issue multiple
times now, I'd rather it didn't end with "wait until after the next
stable." :)

Until CAPs gets cleaned up, havning another stable is going to be tough
anyway.
