[Opensim-dev] RFC: Changing default script engine to xengine

I've come to the same conclusion as Kyle.  Both XEngine and .NET 
seemingly perform the same functions, but XEngine just does it better 
with less CPU and memory usage.  I would opt to have it enabled by 
default.
