alan webb has also done quite a bit there. i agree with sean that we really have
an issue with regards to the XML "interfaces" we are using. not sure whether we
can succeed in offering the same XML interface for stuff like application
interfaces (remote admin stuff, controlling opensim) and for opensim internal
communication --- i guess we need to play around a bit with that.

i need to complete the HTTP server switch, as i wrote earlier, that's been
slowed down the last weeks due to internal project work, but i intend to pick up
speed again next week on that topic.
