The tests are run by Bamboo. You can see the results for each run[1] as
well as some project-wide test statistics for a recent time frame[2].
Displaying the test results in IRC could be done, though sdague is
probably the man to talk to regarding IRC bots.

Besides Bamboo, I run the tests locally before any commit I make just
to make sure I haven't broken anything.
