[Opensim-dev] User/Agent/Avatar Was: Question on Avatar Appearance persistance

Thinking of OpenSim as a newer, better, 3d metaverse version of the 
current 2d web-a-verse, I would also hope there could be some way to 
accommodate an anonymous connection, as many/most of us do when viewing 
web sites. Obviously there would be no saved appearance or credentials 
other than a default 'Ruth'. Perhaps it would be limited to just viewing 
content and not interacting. Perhaps there could be configuration 
settings to determine what an anonymous avatar is allowed to do. Perhaps 
this is something that should wait until release 1.2!
