[Opensim-dev] proposal: OpenSim Office Hours

Mornings work for me. I was just trying to propose *some* time. 6AM PDT means something like 10PM or so Perth time, I think.

I think morning US time is definitely going to be better than evening,
as the .eu folks will be better able to attend.
