[Opensim-dev] 0.4 rc, assuming we are ready for this

Sean,
this is the same as regular build, but pre-packaged, right ?
Right now I have the scripts on ruth.petitbe.be set up such that it
auto-upgrades itself every night to the latest nightly (or "morningly" for
me :) build - should I tweak them such that it unpacks the .zip and uses the
things from there, or we all prefer to keep it as it is - on nightly, and
just point the people to the RC build when they want to download the things
?

p.s. this week is going to be a bit stressful RL for me as well, so email is
