Various Windows based platforms. I know I've had big problems with it on
Windows 2000. I've had problems with in on Windows XP but I think I managed
to get around them. Also older versions of Ubuntu (I think it was Ubuntu
Edge) that had problems with SQLite.

What sort of platform has an issue with sqlite?

There is no silver bullet. Plus, werewolves make better neighbors
than zombies, and they tend to keep the vampire population down.
