[Opensim-dev] Memleak in OpenSim?

I think we are still officially supporting 1.2.3 - I think there may be
some good reason to move that up to 1.2.4 now that it's nearly
universally availible in stable branches of most distros - but I dont
see much point raising the minimum target.
Testing of course, is another matter - I'd like to make sure we dont
have any problems with any version that we are responsible for.
