[Opensim-dev] server consoles

Definetely.

I've been thinking along some kind of RPC structure myself - eg allowing 
us to run various commands (eg terrain commands) via a web service. 
XMLRPC seems a good fit, although using remoting for it may not be a bad 
idea since that lets us choose a variety of stream handlers.
