RegionModules are very powerful critters - we've been moving things like
Teleports, Instant Messaging & Chat, Asset Proxying, etc into modules.
There's very little you cant do with either a RegionModule or an
ApplicationModule.
They also have the added benefit that you can 'share' region modules
between multiple scenes and save a big buttload of memory.
