[Opensim-dev] Three additional things that should be implemented

Three future features that need to be implemented for physics are;
1. Access to faster terse updates when necessary on physical prim at the
Physics plugin discression,
2. Avatar 'Grab' velocity sent to the physics engine so that you get the
'toss a physical object' effect that you expect.
3. Rotational velocity calculating .. for client rotational interpolation
in the client to smooth out the rotations on terse updates.
