If anyone needs to downgrade to a previous release of SecondLife
client, they can be found here:
http://download-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/
You'll get XML file listing back, just find the appropriate
version, cut and paste the key field to the end of the above URL, and
you'll get a download for that version. Note: kr/ at the beginning of a
file is Korean versions.
As of this note, the oldest version is 1.15.0.2.

Considering the current sad state of our computer programs, software
development is clearly still a black art, and cannot yet be called an
engineering discipline. (Bill Clinton)

[Opensim-dev] Login breakage
Hello,
The latest RC viewer from LL (1.18.6.0-rc) changes the login method,
seemingly looking for some web-based login page. I tried connecting
to an instance of OpenSim running on localhost, and even specifying
loginuri (and login) on the command line, it would not connect. If
there is a network connection, it says "Invalid username or password".
If there's no network, it shows an error page saying it can't connect
to the login server.
We can still use 1.18.5, for as long as that's available, but if this
RC is how the login is going to work from now on, we'll have to find
some way to work around it.....
Jeff
