On the Linux side of things, I'm going to guess that it's a question
of stability versus cutting edge. I'm using the latest Ubuntu-server
(15.10) but "apt-get install mono-complete" gives you 3.2.8, not
4.x; implying that 3.2.8 is the latest supported version.<br>
