The Dynamic Textures facility is only available in OpenSimulator scripting (OSSL).<br>

However, there still wouldn't allow you to dynamically update a COLLADA model from an external data source.  It would be possible to pull the data and generate a new mesh with region module code (and even update the original object I think though that would be rather messy).  The harder part would be transforming the model - the SL viewer translate COLLADA into its own data format before uploading to the simulator.  One would need to emulate this and I'm not sure that's been done yet in libopenmetaverse or elsewhere.<br>
