At this point I would be happy if I could just get the textures library to not kill the entire library... latest error message is:
11:49:23 - Error loading plugin from OpenSim.Services.InventoryService.dll, exception System.ArgumentException: Did not find Nini XML root node
at Nini.Config.XmlConfigSource.PerformLoad(XmlDocument document)

The main folder type is correct (0) and I got past all the errors from missing "/> at the end of the lines in the items file. I know this worked at one point.....
I'm not sure there's a site, but my recollection is that folders with type -1 are ordinary folders. Folders with other numbers (which conform to the InventoryType enum found in the OpenMetaverse library) are folders which normally contain objects of that type (e.g. Objects, Body Parts, Scripts). These have the different inventory icons on folders that I think you still see in the avatar's inventory in a viewer).

I believe the library loader uses these same numbers too.

A word of warning - library access in OpenSim is currently a little bit broken. In particular, I believe there are problems with copying things such as scripts, or accessing them if you're previously accessed them. This last can be fixed with a viewer cache clear but that's not much of a solution.

Greetings,

I am creating a library for the school grid, using only things that are in the inventory and acquired through open
source offerings. I've figured out everything except the file type in the xml files for folders (i.e.
TexturesLirbraryFolders). In looking through the DB most of the folders are -1 and I see that all the system folders
have the same number for each one. Is there an site that explains Inventory/Library folder types?
