I would check if there's really no mono or opensim process running.<br>
That error most times mean the port is already in use by other
process.<br>
Withr estart you clear all ports, thats why it works then.<br>

Oh, i never use the quit command.<br>

failed. The only way for me is to restart my computer ;-(<br>
