I figured it out. There is a line missing from the example file. I
changed the entry to read (addition is <b>bolded)</b><br>
<blockquote>[GridService]<br>
StorageProvider = "Diva.Data.MySQL.dll"<br>

"OpenSim.Services.GridService.dll:GridService"</b><br>
</blockquote>
and Robust with wifi is working.<br>
