<DIV>Does anyone know why I receive a ton of these messages on my region console
when a user opens the map in a viewer. This happens as the map is zoomed out. It
seems that it is trying load tiles for all the non-existent regions. On the
viewer a purple square is displayed for each of these regions.</DIV>
