Yes... I installed it using the Configure.exe, and it set up a 2x2 of 4
regions. I later edited the Regions.ini file and manually added more
regions.<br>

I am tracking an issue that arises when you add new regions AFTER the
initial setup. I have not yet ruled out something that I am doing
wrong, but it does appear that adding regions after your initial setup
has some sort of problem.<br>
