I try to start a regino with OpenSim grid mode. I succeeded to start it

first time. Now it says :<br>

 size="-1">[INTERREGION]: Region registered twice. Region went down and

came back up.</font><font size="-1"><font face="Verdana"><br>

And later, it tries to open a UDP socket on the port 9131 as configured

but it fails and the<br>

application terminates. This port is open on the firewall, and no other

process uses it, as<br>

checked with Currports software.<br>

Can someone help me about this message please ?<br>
