Hi all,
Currently, I have 5 pcs running a grid network.
PC 1 running Robust
PC 2 & 3, running OpenSim for each region
PC 4 running Freeswitch
PC 5 is client running Firestorm OS
Client already able to login and teleport to visit each region on PC 2 & 3.
My problem is the voice chat is not working. The talk button is already
enabled, and can be toggle to talk. On firestorm's preferences, audio
setting on voice chat dialog can detect mic and sound input (the mic input
volume bar is showing correct level as sound input), also the sound
feedback is there too. But in world, everytime I speak, there's no voice
transmitted to avatar in front of me. Also there's no green talking
indicator show up.
The voice chat is working well when I get in OSGrid and other grid
services, that means client wise is working well.
Those PCs, all run on local network with no firewall at all, so there's no
network issue.
On region server (PC 2&3) the opensim console shows this log:
21:59:31 - [FreeSwitchVoice]:[PARCELVOICE]: ParcelVoiceInfoRequest() on
MyRegion for 4c6fc3fc-8027-4201-a79e-76c7ce17c5ed

Anybody can help me, how to find the problem? Where do I have to start
looking to fix the problem?
Anyone can suggest the easiest and reliable method to enable voice chat on
opensim? Should I stay on freeswitch, or mumble, or any other method?
Thank You in advance for you help.
Best regards,
Iggy.
