[Opensim-users] When using iars oars as backup your textures (Fred Beckhusen/Ferd Frederix)

Hi Luisillo, your English is very readable.

The IAR may have been loaded into someone else's inventory.  Your query
shows that you created the texture.  Your query does not show that you
own the texture.

The query does not show who owns the texture.  The query does not show
what the owner rights are.   That texture may not have all rights
enabled, which others need to use the texture as a wearable.

The texture  must have all rights Copy/Mod/Transfer for anyone to use as
a wearable. Look for the owner, and find out what rights they have.  If
the owner has full rights, then it will work.
