[Opensim-users] Pre-release announcement for OpenSimulator

Considering the sheer number of changes that it is critical that updated 
documentation accompany this version.  There are new features as well as 
changes in behaviour to existing features that need to be detailed.  
Depending on the physics engine being used there also some important 
caveats that also must be documented for everyone.
