I am having a bit of Linux transition issues and request assistance from
anyone knowing the why's and how-to's.

My current servers are:

1: Robust server (Ubuntu v14.04 LTS) with mySQL running on IP 192.168.1.100

2a: Region Server (Windows 7 Home Premium w/SP-1) running on an HP s5213w
(64-bit) at IP 192.168.1.140:

- OpenSim 0.8-Release: TCP port 9405, UDP ports 9701-9705

- Connects to the Robust Server, indicates regions have connected,
no red-lines: assume all okay

- avatars connect, regional terrain and rezzed prims are visible,
useable and all is fine

2b: Region Server (Windows 7 Professional w/SP-1) running on an HP Compaq
DC-7600 (32-bit dual-core) at IP 192.168.1.130:

- OpenSim 0.8-Release: TCP port 9406, UDP ports 9624-9630

- Connects to the Robust Server, indicates regions have connected,
no red-lines: assume all okay

- Avatars cannot teleport into any region (not blocked), not able to
login direct

- Not able to verify regional normalcy past the point that the
Robust and the region server indicates all is normal

The OpenSim instance 2b (above) was actually confirmed operational on the
Region Server at line 2a before moving over. The regions.ini file ports and
the http_listener port were simply changed in the router to the respective
IP of the computers.

Problem: all seems to be normal, the region server is talking and getting
through to the Robust Server but there is not inbound (back to the region
server) either from the outside nor from the Robust Server.

Any clues?
