Warning! For users of MegaRegions. This is only for users of Master Dev 
not for OpenSimulator 0.7.6.1-rc1 and 0.7.5.1-rc1

 From the Master 24285_8eec717_20140128 the MegaRegions are unusable 
(viewer unstable when teleporting or border crossing between sub-regions)

As the sub-regions are being foreground, there is a high risk of loss of 
objects.
