[Opensim-users] Changing regions external ip address

I'm using Robust. I just moved a a region from one server to another. I
unloaded the region.ini file, and then put it on the new server. I then
updated the external IP address to point to the new machine.  WIll the
database update reference to the region now that it has the new IP address?

I'm having some teleport problems.
