[Opensim-users] Setup for Use Profiles

I am going to guess that you haven't set Enabled = true in the [UserProfilesService] section in Robust.ini.  I just 
configured everything myself for the first time and it appears to work.

Because there was no wiki doc and I'm slightly insane, I just wrote a guide to the config changes at [1].  Curiously, 
from reading the code I can't obviously see how it would work currently for a standalone configuration.  If anybody does 
have that working I would like to know what you did.
