[Opensim-users] animation oddness

I notice that sometimes furniture that normally ask permissions to animate my avatar just doesn't.  As a result I end up in default sit.  This is furniture that worked fine earlier.  Logging and logging back in doesn't fix it when it happens.  Even changing viewers doesn't fix it.  Which suggest to me something odd elsewhere than in the viewer.  So I am sort of stumped.   I have experienced this in Kitely and on osgrid.  

Any ideas?
