[Opensim-users] step to step install opensim latest version in centos 6.3

centos seems to be quite difficult to use with OpenSimulator since it doesn't work very well with mono.

However, a google reveals there are some instructions at [1].  They refer to OpenSimulator 0.7.3 but 0.7.5 is not going 
to be much different.
