[Opensim-users] Global Admin

I'm running opensim 0.7.2. We have a closed grid used for educational
purposes. I have a number of islands, all owned by different
students/instructors. I'm looking for a way to create an admin user that
can edit any item and any parcel/land. Is this possible? I'm comfortable
digging into the source I'm just not certain where to start.
