[Opensim-users] Weirdness with region layouts on Diva Distro?

If you had intended a megaregion, the Region.ini would have to be in
order from SW to NE starting with Ravenport and ending in Liberty.
And unless things have changed since I have done megaregions, there are
no constraints on number of regions or layout.
