[Opensim-users] Changed the "DefaultRegion, DefaultHGRegion, FallbackRegion" in the Robust.HG.ini to different region and got a odd behaivor

Type the command `show regions` in your robust console to see all the 
region info, including the region flags. The prior default region may 
still have the DefaultRegion flag set. You may issue the set regionflags 
command with a '-' preceding any flags that you wish to remove.
