[Opensim-users] Possible to configure how often sim diagnostics are done?

I'm at something at a loss now - something would have to be generating a very high level of activity to generally 
disrupt the running of the system.  If you can roughly predict when these happen then perhaps you could watch the 
Windows performance monitor and see if it is the OpenSim process that eats the CPU?  I should think there are also tools 
for recording this data though I haven't investigated such things extensively on Windows.

I presume that you have no alternative machine to try this on?
