[Opensim-users] NPC attachments not behaving reliably

The attached position is not stored when taking the snapshot. You
canNOT wear something, adjust it's position then snapshot. To get
proper positioning, wear the item and position it, then detach it,
which will save the position inside the item asset itself, THEN wear
it again. Now you can take the snapshot and the attachment will be
positioned properly.
